If you are affiliated with a participating institution, the Italy transformative agreement means you can publish your article open access (OA) with the fees covered, in more than 2,000 Â鶹ֱ²¥ hybrid journals.
In addition, you can enjoy full access to all Â鶹ֱ²¥ subscription journal content.

The OA publication service for the Italy transformative agreement has reached its maximum article allowance. This means the agreement is no longer covering OA publishing fees until further notice.
The option to publish OA via Â鶹ֱ²¥ Author Choice is still available to affiliated authors, but the publishing fee will not be covered under the agreement. Authors should use alternative funding sources in order to publish OA or proceed with publication under subscription until the agreement is reactivated.
